Sebastien is the Founder and Principal Advisor at PWA. With more than 20 years of experience in wealth management and a deep understanding of the financial considerations facing physicians and their families, he founded PWA to provide personalized financial guidance and investment advice tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

He is passionate about helping physicians achieve financial independence, an interest that grew out of his own personal experience as a spouse and brother-in-law of two physicians. He assists a broad range of clients, from residents to retired physicians, in navigating the investment landscape and broader financial considerations.

He believes in building a strong financial foundation to spring from, focusing on a personalized financial roadmap as the center-point of all critical financial decisions. Sebastien enjoys helping his clients navigate important financial decisions and, through that process, achieve their goals.

His approach is proactive, with a focus on personalized service and long-term, collaborative client relationships. He also has a strong commitment to physician financial literacy and is a contributor to the Medical Post on finance-related topics.

Sebastien has served on a number of boards and committees focused on fundraising and advocacy, including Providence Healthcare, Centres d'Accueil Héritage, and the City of Toronto.

Outside of work, Sebastien enjoys spending as much time as possible with his wife Kirsten and their three sons. He also has a variety of interests that he enjoys including hockey, cross-fit, skiing, and playing the piano.

Sebastien is fluently bilingual in English and French.
